Company : The Wave
Position : traffic manager and ux/ui designer
The agency wanted a new design of their website. Something more attractive and user-centered. Moreover, the mobile first was indeed a priority to take into account which weren't the case in the old version.
I took the initiative to do this job by myself after reading several articles talking about the importance of UX/UI Design in the SEO.

Knowing what competitors are doing is necessary to know what works and what don't. Did this based on the 10 Nielsen's heuristics.
Making user tests allow to fully understand what works and what don't on our website and to discover new possibilites. I chose 5 users corresponding to our target then I made them use the website. I asked them questions about how they feel, what are they trying to accomplish, are they comfortable with the website's possibilities.
